Tuberculosis

According to WHO, in 2018 1.1 million children fell ill with Tuberculosis (TB) globally, and there were 205 000 child deaths due to TB.

TB is caused by bacteria (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) that most often affect the lungs. It is curable and preventable.
