Ingredients:

  • 250 g (1 cup) low fat milk
  • 200 g (2 medium sized) ripe bananas, sliced to ¼ inch thick
  • 125 ml (½ cup) orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 150 g (1 cup) yoghurt
  • Brown sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
