Ingredients:
(Serves 3)
- 250 g (1 cup) low fat milk
- 200 g (2 medium sized) ripe bananas, sliced to ¼ inch thick
- 125 ml (½ cup) orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 150 g (1 cup) yoghurt
- Brown sugar to taste
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Cover and blend for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
