Ingredients :
- A
- 11⁄2 cups prunes, chopped
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup almond, chopped
- 30 wonton skins
- Blended palm oil
Instructions:
- Mix A in a bowl.
- Place 2 teaspoons of mixture A in the centre of each wonton skin. Moisten edges with water and fold in half to form triangle.
- Press edges firmly to seal. Cover with slightly damp cloth to prevent drying.
- Heat 1 to 2 inches oil until very hot. Fry wontons until golden brown. Drain.
- Cool thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
Serving idea:
- You may serve with ice cream or sherbet if desired. Teem gok may also be eaten on its own as a snack.
