Rice Porridge with Minced Chicken and Carrot


(Serves 2; Over 10-12 months)

10g (1 tablespoon) uncooked rice
6g (12 tablespoon) chicken meat, minced finely
10g (1 tablespoon) carrots, chopped finely and boiled until tender
500ml (2 cups) boiled stock


  1. In a pot, cook rice with stock. Stir occasionally.
  2. When rice has become porridge, add in carrots and minced chicken. Simmer until cooked.
  3. Cool and serve.
