(Serves 2; Over 10-12 months)
- 10g (1 tablespoon) uncooked rice
- 6g (1⁄2 tablespoon) chicken meat, minced finely
- 10g (1 tablespoon) carrots, chopped finely and boiled until tender
- 500ml (2 cups) boiled stock
- In a pot, cook rice with stock. Stir occasionally.
- When rice has become porridge, add in carrots and minced chicken. Simmer until cooked.
- Cool and serve.
