Ingredients:

- 3 medium (260 g) size carrots (grated)
- 1 green apple (115 g) – cut into small cubes
- 1⁄2 cup (85 g) of raisins
- 3 tbsp (45 g) of mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1⁄4 tsp (1 g) lemon juice
- 11⁄2 tsp (7.5 g) sugar
- 1⁄4 cup cashew nuts/peanuts – cut bite size (optional)
Method:
- Grate carrots and cut apple into small cubes. Mix all ingredients well.
