Rice Porridge with Tauhu and Peas

Ingredients:

(Serves 2; Over 6-8 months)

3g (1 tablespoon) tauhu, chopped finely
5g (34 tablespoon) peas
20g (2 tablespoons) uncooked rice
500ml (2 cups) boiled stock

Method:

  1. Cook rice with stock in a pot.
  2. When rice becomes thick porridge, add in peas (mashed, if necessary) and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the tauhu just before turning off the heat.
  4. Cool and serve.
