Ingredients:
(Serves 2; Over 6-8 months)
- 3g (1 tablespoon) tauhu, chopped finely
- 5g (3⁄4 tablespoon) peas
- 20g (2 tablespoons) uncooked rice
- 500ml (2 cups) boiled stock
Method:
- Cook rice with stock in a pot.
- When rice becomes thick porridge, add in peas (mashed, if necessary) and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the tauhu just before turning off the heat.
- Cool and serve.
